Where each message goes
Pick the line that matches your problem. Support lines open the ticket with the right category; security and business go straight to their own inbox.
Before you write
How soon will someone reply?
There is no guaranteed response time; replies depend on availability. If an open order or position needs action now, manage it on the exchange directly instead of waiting for us.
Will KLINEO ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Nor for private keys, withdrawal permissions or remote access to your computer. Anyone who asks is not KLINEO: forward the message to security@klineo.xyz.
My exchange key stopped working. What do I send?
The exchange, the exact error text and roughly when it started. Never paste the API secret itself; support does not need it to look into the problem.
Can I write without an account?
Yes. The ticket and the three addresses work without logging in. If you have an account, write from the email you signed up with so we can find it, or open a request inside the app after you log in.
Is the answer already written down?
Accounts, plans and platform behaviour are covered in the FAQ, and every plan limit is on the pricing page. Connecting an exchange is walked through in the API connection guide.
