Agreement to Terms

The terms that apply when you access or use KLINEO.

By accessing or using KLINEO ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

KLINEO is a non-custodial trading workspace for AI-assisted review, DCA automation, and exchange-connected portfolio operations. The Platform offers prepaid 30-day plans with manual renewal. Previously purchased passes retain their original terms.

Eligibility

Who can legally use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Service. By using KLINEO, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • You will comply with all local, state, national, and international laws

Account Registration

Your responsibilities when creating and protecting an account.

To use KLINEO, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your API keys from exchanges are properly secured

Plans and Free Trials

How 30-day access, manual renewal and free trials work.

30-Day Plans and 14-Day Trials

Every paid plan includes 30 days of access with manual renewal. No automatic charge and no limit tied to your trading gains. Exchange fees and separately purchased marketplace services remain separate.

  • Starter: $19 for 30 days; 1 connected exchange account, 1 running DCA bot and 50 AI requests
  • Growth: $49 for 30 days; 3 connected exchange accounts, 5 running DCA bots, 150 AI requests and 1 active live AI workflow
  • Pro: $119 for 30 days; 5 connected exchange accounts, 20 running DCA bots, 400 AI requests and 5 active live AI workflows
  • Starter and Growth have a 14-day free trial without payment details, including 25 and 75 AI requests respectively for the entire trial. One trial per customer; changing trial plans keeps the original expiry.
  • Plans end without an automatic charge. New automation entries require active access; protective exits remain available after expiry.
  • Previously purchased passes retain their original realized-gain allowance and expiry. Allowance top-ups for those passes do not extend the original expiry or unlock higher-tier features.

Payment & Refunds

Paid plan purchases and existing-pass top-ups are non-refundable except as required by law. Each new plan purchase provides 30 days of access, without automatic renewal or a cap tied to realized trading gains. Exchange fees and separately purchased marketplace services are separate.

Retained Copy Trading Boundary

Copy Trading is not offered as an active Production capability.

Availability

KLINEO does not currently offer new Production Copy Trading enrollment, follower activation, or funded copy execution. Versioned source may be retained for controlled non-Production testing.

  • No Production Copy Trading route or marketing enrollment is active
  • No Copy worker, follower credential, allowance, escrow, or payout scope is activated
  • Support may preserve risk-reducing assistance and historical evidence for a pre-existing obligation

Master Trader Program

Historical policy retained without an active Production application path.

KLINEO is not accepting Production Master Trader applications for Copy Trading. Historical records remain subject to review and retention controls.

  • No application or copier enrollment route is active
  • No performance or earnings promise is made
  • Support handles a historical record without activating a new capability

Platform Review

KLINEO may preserve, correct, restrict, or remove a historical status where required by law, safety, or data-retention policy.

Referral Program

Earn a direct commission when a new referred customer makes their first eligible paid subscription purchase.

A valid referral recorded for a new customer earns the direct inviter 20% of that customer’s first verified, positive Starter, Growth, or Pro subscription payment after discounts. Referral attribution must be accepted before the qualifying purchase.

  • One direct inviter per referred customer; no commissions on renewals, zero-price purchases, legacy allowance top-ups, or service-credit purchases
  • Withdrawals require at least $50 in available earnings and a fresh wallet signature for the exact amount and BSC USDT destination
  • Withdrawal requests reserve the requested balance and go to an administrator for review and manual payment; requesting or approving a withdrawal does not automatically transfer funds
  • The legacy seven-level referral program remains closed; historical records are retained separately for support, reconciliation, and disputes

Fraud Controls

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity do not qualify. Earnings and requests remain subject to payment verification, refund and fraud review, and corrections recorded in the program ledger. An account’s accepted inviter cannot be replaced by a later referral link.

Risk Disclosure

Trading risk and user responsibility.

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. By using KLINEO, you acknowledge:

  • You may lose your entire investment
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Market conditions can change rapidly
  • Automated trading does not eliminate risk
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

Prohibited Activities

Actions that are not permitted on the platform.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
  • Reverse engineer or copy any platform technology
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform
  • Interfere with platform operations or other users

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the KLINEO platform and materials.

All content, features, and functionality of KLINEO, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by KLINEO and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Limits on damages and total liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLINEO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

KLINEO's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to KLINEO in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided without warranties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KLINEO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Account Termination

When access can be suspended or terminated.

KLINEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any reason, with or without cause

After Termination

Upon termination, your access will cease immediately. Pass purchases and top-ups already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

Modifications to Terms

How changes to these terms take effect.

KLINEO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Applicable law and dispute process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
