KLINEO plans, usage limits and access expiry

KLINEO paid plans provide 30 days of access and renew manually. Starter, Growth and Pro have separate limits for exchange connections, running DCA bots, AI requests and active Live workflows. A trial’s AI allowance covers its whole trial rather than repeating daily. Check the current access status before relying on any automation, especially near expiry.

Recorded 2026-10-18 from the documentation preview. No account, purchase or Live trade is demonstrated. The complete steps and limitations remain below.

Watch: Compare plan limits and check access expiry

Before you start

  • No account is needed to compare the public offer.
  • Sign in to inspect your own access state, usage, expiry and payment status.

Compare the current paid-period limits

These are different units. A connected account slot is not an AI request, a saved workflow draft is not an active Live workflow, and a backtest asset limit is not a DCA bot slot. Check the in-app usage for the action you intend to take. Exchange fees and separately purchased marketplace services are additional.

Understand trial duration and request allowances

A trial starts in Virtual unless you have already saved a mode choice. The server preserves the original trial end date when switching between eligible trial plans; switching does not create a new trial period. Starting or restoring signup does not restart an expired trial or replace paid access.

Do not infer that a free trial is permission for every Live feature. The account’s confirmed entitlement, mode, product and connection checks determine what is available. Pro has no listed free trial.

Check the allowance for the action you need

  • AI requests apply to admitted AI features such as market analysis and workflow drafting or review. The in-app usage and response are the reference for whether a specific request was admitted; not every click or page view is an AI request.
  • A running DCA slot describes active bot capacity. Stop or pause behavior and remaining exposure must be checked separately from the slot count.
  • Active Live workflow limits apply to Live execution, not just the number of saved drafts.
  • A connection allowance is checked for the selected execution mode. Removing a connection does not close its existing exchange positions.
  • After a quota error, inspect usage or choose the suitable plan. Repeating the same request does not expand the allowance.

Plan for renewal and expiry

Expiry or an access lock must not be treated as a guaranteed close of open exchange exposure. Existing orders and positions can require direct exchange management even when new platform actions are unavailable.

  1. Open your signed-in plan or packages view and check the active plan, confirmed payment, access status and expiry.
  2. If you want to continue, renew manually through the supported purchase flow. Do not rely on an automatic charge.
  3. Near expiry, inspect all running bots, active workflows, open orders and positions. Decide how to manage exposure before access changes.
  4. After purchasing, wait for the entitlement to refresh and verify the new status. A payment initiated or pending is not the same as active access.
  5. If access appears wrong, retain the non-secret payment reference and contact support. Never send exchange secrets or wallet seed phrases.

Recognize legacy profit-allowance passes

Some older purchases retain their original realized-gain allowance and expiry. An allowance top-up adds capacity to an existing legacy pass; it does not change that pass’s expiry or tier features. The current Starter/Growth/Pro plans use paid-period access and the limits above. Read the terms associated with the actual purchase rather than combining the two models.
